It has a Shiva Lingam & a statue of Krishna. A small stream of the river flowing from a cow-face (gomukh) falls on a 'Kunda'.

Dated: 1888 CE
It is built on the hilltop over looking Krishna valley. Stone carved columns & ceilings are special characteristics of this temple. Temple has gathered moss & is in ruins. It is not visited much by tourists &is isolated. But it provides a most exquisite view of river Krishna.
Behind Panchganga temple, in old mahabhaleshwar, there is a small trail that leads to Krishnabai temple.
