A remarkably expressive sculpture depicting the tender bond betwn a mother & child found in the village of Tanesar, about ~30 KM from Udaipur, dated to 450~500 AD.
Her head is covered w/ her upper garment & she also wears a floral tiara, which her child tries to pluck.
